Reward program information

Deres will be introducing a reward program from the 13th collection.

The reward program is a system in which points are awarded at a rate that corresponds to each customer's status based on the amount of purchase.

Your current status will be determined by the amount of your purchases up to the 12th collection (this only applies to purchases made after you have registered as a member on our website and logged in). From the 13th collection onwards, your status will be ranked up based on the amount of your purchases).

SILVER	1,000,000 yen - 1,499,999 yen	3%
GOLD	1,500,000 yen - 1,999,999 yen	5%
PLATINUM	From 2,000,000 yen	7%

*Points will only be awarded when you make a purchase after registering as a member on the website and logging in. *Points cannot be added later, so please make sure to log in before making a purchase. *Points will be awarded when the product is shipped. *Once awarded, points can be used for shopping at the deres online store. *Points expire one year from the date they are awarded. *Earned points can be used as 1 point = 1 yen. *By logging in to the website, the number of points to be awarded based on your current customer status when you order that item will be displayed on each item page.

[How to use points]

・Please click [Login] from the three-line menu at the top left of the homepage.

・After logging in, add the items you want to purchase to your cart.

・After adding the product to your cart, click the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen or "View Cart" on the screen.

・Once your cart is displayed, you can check the points you have.
Enter the number of points you wish to use in the "Points to use" field and press the "Use points" button.

・After that, if you proceed to the purchase process, your order will be completed with the points you entered used.
