Regarding shipping fee refunds for combined shipping

At deres, if the same customer placed multiple orders during the ordering period from the 1st collection to the 5th collection, we combined the products and refunded the duplicated shipping fees individually.

As items continue to sell out shortly after orders begin, some customers believe that adding fewer items to their cart will ensure they can place an order, and many are choosing to pay separately.

In this situation, we have continued to respond in the hope of reducing the burden on our customers even a little, but due to the outsourcing of delivery operations, it has become difficult to respond individually regarding the consolidation of items and refunds of shipping fees.

We at deres are very sorry to say this, but starting with the 6th collection, shipping fees will be charged for each order. When ordering, please make as many orders as possible, or please be aware that shipping fees will be charged for each order.
